  I was told they weren't sure why my prescription wasn't filled, not that they would check, or figure it out and call me, they just weren't sure. Further, I had a script for a controlled medication, and tried to pick it up after an hour, a business day, and then a week later they tell me my GP never called it in. It was a WRITTEN script that I personally handed them a week ago, and the app said it was filled the DAY I dropped it off. After mentioning this they miraculously found it Not to mention long waits in the drive through with no acknowledgments, I thought the call button was broken, so no problem, I go inside to let them know, and lo and behold it's working, but no one has 2 seconds to let you know they're backed up. Look elsewhere if you actually want your prescriptions.
